Today, I will show how you can do phishing attack to capture someone’s detail using Blackeye phishing tool and how you can create a custom phishing page to get victim’s details.

In this post, you will learn that how you can install Blackeye phishing tool in your kali Linux system and how to use it. I explained all about it step by step with images and I also wrote a usage both of already created templets and custom templet.

So, let’s get started -

Blackeye

Blackeye is the most complete phishing tool over LAN or WAN that is upgraded from original ShellPhish tool. It has 32 templets for phishing pages and one customize by which you can create an own phishing page according to your requirements.

This tool is works only on the same network.

This program was made for educational purpose.

Installing Blackeye in Kali Linux

Clone Blackeye from Github

git clone https://github.com/thelinuxchoice/blackeye.git

Now, change directory to blackeye

cd blackeye

give the executable permission to blackeye.sh file

chmod +x blackeye.sh

Starting blackeye tool

bash blackeye.sh

After starting Blackeye tool you can see 32 templets for phishing and one custom templet. Simply type number of templets to use it.

Phishing Facebook account with blackeye

Step 1 :- Start blackeye tool and enter number of Facebook templet. In my case, I am entering 2 and hit enter.

Now, it will ask you to put your local IP address so enter here your local IP (to check local IP - ifconfig). After entering IP it will start PHP server.

Step 2:- Now, you need to browse your local IP as a link on victim’s device that is connected in your network. When you do this, it will open facebook login page.

When victim enters details, it will be captured by blackeye tool that you can see in you Linux system and victim will redirect to original Facebook login page. As you can in the following picture that Account Email address and Password found.

Thus, you can use any templet in blackeye tool and phish the account.

Custom phishing page with blackeye

Now, I will make custom phishing page with blackeye tool.

So, start blackeye tool

After starting, enter number of custom templet, in my case it is 33 so I entered 33 and hit enter.

Then it will ask for title so enter any title as you wish. For example I entered MikeyToTech and hit enter. Then it will again ask for title 2 so again type any title as you wish.

Now, it will ask username field, password field and Log-In field so keep it default but it’s not necessary you can also change these.

Finally, it will ask you to put your local IP. So, do the same as we done before during the Facebook phishing. See the following picture –
