How to fix DNS problem in windows



If you are unable to access the Internet and detect “The DNS server isn’t responding” problem by troubleshoot problems. To fix this type of problem you have to do the following stpes:-



Step1:- Open control panel. You can do this by pressing windows key + R and type control panel and hit enter.



Step2:- After open control panel you can see Network and Internet option. In this option click on View network status and tasks. See the following image





Step3:- After doing this you will find following window. In this window you will find the connected network with your pc or laptop. You need to click on connected network.






Step4:­- On click connected network with your pc or laptop you will see the following window. In this window you can also see the properties option. Simply click on properties option.



Step5:- Now, you can see the following window. In this window you have to select Internet Protocol Version 4(TCP/IPv4) and then click on properties option.




Step6:- After doing this you can see following window. You have to simply click on Advance option.

Step7:- Now, you have to select DNS and simply click on add as showing in following picture. You have to type 1.1.1.1 and click add. Now, your problem has fixed.
